How do credits work?+
Every transformation uses a few credits. New users get 3 free credits; verify your email for 7 more. Top up or subscribe anytime from the Profile tab.
Why does a transformation take so long?+
Most images finish in 30–60 seconds. Video can take 2–4 minutes. The queue slows down at peak hours; you'll get a push notification when your result is ready.
What happens to the photos I upload?+
Photos are sent to our AI provider (Wiro AI) only to generate your requested transformation, then scheduled for deletion. We never share them with third parties for any other purpose.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Open the Profile tab → Subscription Plans → manage via your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?+
Profile → Delete Account. This anonymizes your personal data and removes your transformations permanently. You can register again with the same email later.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their policies. Contact us below if you believe you were wrongly charged and we'll help you file the request.
